Case knives are made in the USA. But I don’t believe they have one with the gut hook design. Some Buck knives are made in the USA but the last couple I bought were made in China. Check out the label to be sure. Other then these two, I don’t personally know of any others, but there may be some that I am not aware of. Search the net.
Case
Kodiak makes a three blade folder that’s pretty nice. My buddy has one and he loves it.
Leatherman mans a good one that has a bone saw skinning knife and guthook all in one tool. They are made in the USA and are backed by a 25 year warranty. I have many leathermans andhave sent one back when the tip of the screw driver broke off and the sent me a brand new one to replace it.

I don’t particularly like the gut-hook features on knives because they are almost impossible to sharpen after they get a bit dull.
If you really want a good sharp do-it-all hunting knife, I recommend a good quality folding knife with a traditional damacus steel blade. Damascus steel can be sharpened easier/faster than some of the more modern "stainless steels" and also hold an edge well. The thing about damascus steel is that it is a folded layer of both soft and hard steels. The soft stuff shapens easier and the hard stuff helps it to hold the edge longer – so you get the best of both worlds. Also, damscus steels have been around since the Egyptians, some 4,000 years ago.
